KAJA LIN

Kaja Lin  J.A. is a professional dancer, choreographer and dance teacher. She finished National Ballet School in Slovenia in 2009. While studying she attended many workshops in the USA and collaborated with artists from all around the world. In 2010 she moved to Israel where she joined Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company II in Kibbutz Gaaton and in 2012 Fresco Dance Company. She also took part in Batsheva Excellent Dancers Project in Tel Aviv.  In Slovenia she danced in Kjara’s Dance Project (Prints, Triptych), worked with Rosana Hribar and choreographed her own work that was performed in Španski borci, at Živa festival and Fronta dance festival.

From 2015 she was employed in ImPerfect Dancers Company in Italy where she became a soloist and danced in InFaust, Anne Frank, Words from the Shadows, Madame Butterfly’s Son, Istante, Black Swan, Broken Breath and Sharp Embrace (premiered in Teatro Ovidi Montllor, Barcelona).

Kaja Lin is also yoga instructor and founder of ReConnect-Mobility Movement which emphasizes complete control and awareness of the body in order to move freely in the most natural way.
