Yoga, that is thought by Kaja Lin in the Studio XXV, is a combination of hatha and vinyasa yoga, which will give a chance to dancers to experience slightly more challenging and more dynamic yogic sequences and asanas. The practice focuses on gaining physical strength, flexibility and stability in our joints. By discovering different poses, we will search for a greater balance between strengthening and stretching our muscles, a process which plays an important role in preventing injuries. All this will be accompanied with a constant focus on the breath, an important tool that helps us increase the flow of the energy through our body thus reinforcing our ability on focusing.

The workshop is suitable for dancers and all those who are interested in yoga.
